[Step 1] - ACCESS
Newspaper Club has specific printing requirements due to their varied printers, so optimised templates in their requirements should be used! Please click on the optimised template on the first page of the PDF file after downloading the PDF file.
[Step 2] - EDIT
The optimised templates consist of 4 pages: the front, two inside pages, and the back page, meeting the printing requirements of Newspaper Club. Do not delete the inside pages in order to use the vendor!
[Step 3] - SAVE
Once completed, download as a PDF print!
- On the editor menu bar, click Share.
- Click Download.
- On the dropdown, choose a file type for your download.
- If your design has multiple pages, select the pages you want to download from the dropdown, and click Done.
- Click Download.
[Step 4] - Upload your file to Newspaper Club
✅ Image resolution above 150 dpi, maximum 300 dpi
Newspaper Club recommends you set the image resolution to a maximum of 300dpi — anything higher and you'll make your file slower to upload, without any improvement in quality. You may start to see some pixellation below 150dpi.
✅ RGB Colour Issue
RGB(Digital Colours) images will be automatically converted to CMYK(Print Colours) before printing. So it's okay to ignore the RGB issue when you upload.
